Work with advanced CNC equipment producing high-precision aerospace parts Competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and growth potential Stable, long-standing company serving global OEMs and defense partners Collaborative team culture focused on safety and quality Opportunities for training, cross-training, and technical development Job Details Job Details Operate CNC and other precision manufacturing machines to produce complex aerospace components Interpret blueprints, work orders, and GD&T requirements to ensure exacting standards Measure and verify dimensions of finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision instruments Maintain production documentation, quality checks, and equipment logs Support continuous improvement and process optimization across manufacturing cells Requirements 3–10 years of CNC machining or operation experience (setup experience preferred) Proficiency with GD&T and blueprint interpretation Skilled in use of precision measuring instruments and quality inspection tools Strong math and problem-solving ability Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and safety-minded team player Interested in hearing more?
