This highly visible position requires strong organizational skills, advanced reading comprehension skills, sound decision-making, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role contributes to the success of real estate initiatives across the organization. Exhibit Leadership skills and collaborate across multiple teams to drive and improve processes Lead and manage day-to-day leasing coordination activities, including data management, and communication with internal and external stakeholders Oversee the preparation and processing of leasing documentation in a timely manner such as Verbals and Final Lease abstractions, Amendments, and Storage agreements ensuring accurate data entry into systems like Power Bi and Tango Act as a liaison between corporate departments, property management, and external partners to facilitate information exchange and resolve issues Develop and maintain reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to support real estate decision-making Manage landlord communications from deal initiation through execution, including license agreements, deposits, insurance, and coordination of retailer move-ins and move-outs Maintain the accuracy of vendor profiles and process lease-related invoices through financial systems Supervise and support direct reports, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development Supports the development and implementation of training tools and processes Embraces change and drive new company initiatives with a focus on process improvement. Make recommendations to ensure process improvements align with organizational goals Qualifications Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to work independently combined with a strong collaborative style of communication. Must have some knowledge of retail real estate including a broad understanding of finance, leasing and legal Ability to develop strategic solutions required Persuasion and conflict resolution skills required Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills Excellent reading comprehension skills Ability to deal with multiple tasks effectively and establish priorities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment Strong attention to detail Excellent PC, Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook The pay range reflects the potential base salary range for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position. Pay Range $60,000 - $70,000
