Work You'll Do Lead the design, support, and optimization of Windows-based systems and infrastructure. Responsibilities include: * Administering Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments * Managing Active Directory, Group Policy, and user permissions * Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware/software * Troubleshooting system issues and applying patches/updates * Implementing backup and recovery strategies * Monitoring performance and automating tasks via PowerShell * Supporting cross-functional teams and maintaining system documentation The Team Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes-is designed for impact. Qualifications Required: * Bachelor's degree and 8 years of Windows systems administration experience * Active DoD Top Secret clearance required * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future * Advanced skills in: Active Directory (AD), Windows AD, Windows Administration, Patch Management, Team Leadership * Hands-on experience with: Windows Server 2016/2019/2022; IIS 10, FIM 2010, MIM 2016; WSUS, SCOM * CompTIA Security certification * Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations: Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg * Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location * Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes Preferred: * Certifications: MCSA, MCSE, CASP, CISSP * Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills * Experience collaborating with project managers, developers, and end users Information for applicants with a need for accommodation: https://www2.deloitte.com/us/en/pages/careers/articles/join-deloitte-assistance-for-disabled-applicants.html LI-AJ1
