Schedule Night shifts, 3x12-hour (19:00 - 07:30) Job Description We are seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist with NICU experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide critical respiratory care in a Level IV NICU, assisting with high-risk deliveries and C-sections, and will be hands-on in delivering comprehensive care to our neonatal patients. Responsibilities Manage ventilation support including BiPAP, CPAP, and other advanced respiratory therapies. Perform intubation assistance, extubation, and airway management procedures. Provide care for patients requiring oscillators, jet vents, and nitric oxide. Participate in high-risk deliveries, offering immediate respiratory support. Conduct rigorous monitoring and troubleshooting of ventilator settings and patient responses. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience; Level III experience accepted. Current NJ Respiratory Care License. Mandatory Certifications: RRT, BLS, NRP, and PALS. Recent and proficient acute care level III NICU experience. Experience with airway management devices, suctioning, and nebulization techniques.
