Compensation Estimated weekly pay: $2250–$2310 ER RN Job Details Location: Leominster, Massachusetts 01453 (Central MA, near Clinton Campus) Assignment Length: 13 weeks Start Date: December 1, 2025 End Date: March 2, 2026 Shift: Night shifts, 3x12-hour (19:00 – 07:30) Hours per Week: 36 Setting: Emergency Department (ED) – 40-bed unit Patient Population: Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend and holiday required Float: Possible float to Clinton Campus ER Registered Nurse Qualifications Active and permanent Massachusetts RN license (required) Minimum 18 months of recent Emergency Room nursing experience Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (all required for ER RN jobs) Epic EMR experience strongly preferred Ability to adjust shift start/end by up to 4 hours for critical department needs Willingness to float between Leominster and Clinton campuses COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered) Successful completion of facility orientation and required modules Pass/fail Tele exam required during orientation (passing score: 80%) ER Nurse Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, compassionate emergency nursing care to patients of all ages Perform triage, assessments, and interventions for a variety of medical emergencies Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including respiratory therapy and pharmacy Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR Respond to critical situations and adapt to rapidly changing patient needs Support the psych holding area within the Emergency Department as needed Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations Participate in ongoing nursing education and training modules Ready to take the next step in your ER nursing career?
