Rental Manager

Key Responsibilities: Managing the operational fulfilment of a busy rental operation Supporting the sales team in customer meetings, leading an operational team in the full life cycle of rental management. Working to targets and maximising the efficiency and growth of the location Maintain excellent standards and be the local face of the brand Train and develop a team of employees working to successfully manage a large rental operation Operational tasks include authorising work orders, managing service schedules, check in and out of physical stock, preparation of management reports, leading a health and safety conscious workplace, etc Build and maintain strong client relationships across the customer base As a Rental manager you will: Have strong commercial awareness You thrive in a fast-paced environment Drive growth in the region Previous experience in a rental business Great communicator and people person – able to engage and work closely with senior management to execute on business plan. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Proven ability to lead or coordinate small teams in an operational environment
