SPA & WELLNES MANAGER POTCHEFSTROOM - North-West Province (ZA) Starting Date: December 2025 TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS: Monday - Sunday (including public holidays & major holidays) 09:00 - 17:00 45 hours per week standard REPORTS TO: General Manager REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS: Market Related Salary - based on experience Turnover Commission Annual Incentive Bonus (after one year of employment) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Managerial experience of a high-end salon or day spa is essential Certification from a recognized Training facility with qualifications in either Spa / Beauty / Cosmetology / Spa Management Computer literate with booking systems, emails and reports Must be based within Potchefstroom OR willing to relocate (at your own expense) Own, reliable transport SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: At least 10 years spa industry experience of which at least 5 Senior Role (ASM / SM / SD) City & Guilds / ITEC / CIDESCO / CIBTAC / SAAHSP or similar accredited education Knowledge of and ability to sell spa products Cruise Ship employment experience - highly beneficial Knowledge of spa & salon procedures and ability to perform them where operationally required KPI: Train employees on spa protocols and follow up on company brand trainings lead and develop employees and services focus attention on guest needs - maintain rapport with guests perform job functions with minimal supervision Achieve and maintain targets Demonstrated comprehension of revenue and budgets Basic HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, assessments and evaluations Attend management meetings with other departments Facilitate training and development of staff Maintain profitability
