Farm Mechanic

A well-established Farm is seeking a skilled and reliable General Mechanic to join their team. This is a full-time live-in position offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, hands-on environment maintaining and servicing a wide range of farm and forestry equipment. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Essential): - Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Zulu - 3–5 years’ experience working on farm vehicles and implements (e.g. tractors, Bell loggers, bulldozers, skid steer loaders, and trucks) - Auto electrical experience - Chainsaw repairs and servicing experience - Computer literacy with basic admin skills - Strong people skills, time management, and planning ability ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGES: - Experience in water pump repair and servicing - Firefighting experience in forestry or agricultural environments - Other general workshop skills - Code 14 driver’s license (beneficial for after-hours income opportunities) To apply, please send your CV to:
