This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our sales department, streamline processes, and contribute to the achievement of our business goals. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and processing sales orders - Coordinate communication between sales, marketing, and customer service departments - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review - Maintain and update customer databases and sales records accurately - Support the planning and execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities - Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups with clients and internal teams - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred Join our innovative team and be part of a company that values growth, collaboration, and excellence.
