LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Speech Language Pathologist for a local contract job in PARAMUS, New Jersey. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Speech Language Pathologist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 11/27/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days, evenings Employment Type: Local Contract looking for energetic and motivated speech therapists to join our dynamic team in Paramus NJ. We are a growing private practice offering evaluation and treatment to toddlers, school-aged children and adolescents. The SLP will be expected to provide skilled intervention and parent training, while allowing for creativity and flexibility within the sessions. Speech Therapy Plus LLC focuses on building relationships with families to help children succeed across different environments. Pediatric experience is required. This is a Part OR Full-time position. Candidate must be available weekdays late afternoons/evenings Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat clients with a variety of communication disorders Develop treatment plans, determining long and short-term goals, and methods to achieve success for clients with a variety of communication disorders Complete daily treatment notes, maintain or records (e.g. progress reports, plan of care etc.). Collaborate with a variety of groups and/or individuals (e.g. parents, teachers, physicians, administration, other professionals, etc.) for the purpose of communicating information, resolving issues and providing services in compliance with established guidelines.
