Human Resources Manager- Operations

Develop and implement HR operational plans aligned with business and group strategy. Oversee HR administration, reporting, and data analysis to support strategic decisions. Drive culture, engagement, and change management initiatives across the business. Manage remuneration, benefits, and performance management processes in partnership with senior leaders. Lead workforce planning, succession management, and talent development initiatives. Oversee Employee Relations and ensure compliance with all relevant labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, etc.). Partner with the leadership team on HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
