Responsibilities of the Role Lead the performance evaluation process and ensure proper follow-up at every stage. Support Regional (Mexico & USA) and global deployment of talent strategies, plans, and policies for all employees. Act as a business partner to stakeholders in designing and implementing regional training and development solutions to promote internal talent. Monitor the progress of training programs and provide relevant statistics and reports. Plan and control the training budget for the USA and Mexico. Provide support and guidance to learners throughout their training sessions and courses. Serve as the local leader for communications, ensuring that employees at all levels have access to proper online communication channels. Design, develop, and monitor regional training initiatives aimed at solving operational challenges. Manage the trainees’ program and maintain relationships with local universities. Act as a trusted partner for both business and HR stakeholders across the region. Requirements & skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar Minimum of 7 years of experience in the Training & Development area within a medium or large company. Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be able to hold a conversation in English. Excellent time management skills. Strong leadership, proactivity, and a high sense of accountability.
