Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management Advanced knowledge of: Networks (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls) Advanced Knowledge of Servers (Windows, Linux) Advanced Knowledge of Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) Avanced Knowledge of: Cloud (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) Monitoring and automation (Zabbix, Nagios, Ansible, etc.) Preferred certifications: ITIL, PMP, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), Microsoft (AZ-104, etc.), VMware VCP. Highly Prefererred Experience in hybrid environments (on-premises cloud). Participation in digital transformation or cloud migration projects. Experience in regulated industries (financial, credit cards, etc.). Fluent in Portuguese and English. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage IT infrastructure operations (data centers, networks, servers, storage, backup, etc.). Lead and develop technical teams, fostering a culture of operational excellence. Plan and execute infrastructure modernization and expansion projects. Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory policies. Monitor KPIs and implement corrective and preventive actions. Manage contracts and vendor relationships. Act as a liaison between technical and business areas, translating business needs into viable technical solutions. Lead the definition, prioritization, and evolution of the product backlog. Work closely with engineering, data science, analytics, and design teams to ensure deliverables. Gather, structure, and negotiate business requirements with stakeholders from different areas. Participate in Agile ceremonies, refinements, demos, and planning sessions. Act as an effective bridge between the business’s strategic vision and technical execution. What’s in for you?
