Tax Associate

A prestigious U.S.-based accounting firm, with an outstanding international track record in auditing and strategic consulting, is looking to add to its team in Mexico City: Tax Associate Key responsabilities include: Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns. Review client data and prepare journal entries. Reconciliations Develop strong working relationships including client management and personnel. Candidate profile: Bachelors’ degree in Accounting, Master’s degree preferred. Prior experience in accounting os preferred to be at least 2 years Public accounting experience preferred Knowledge of accounting and auditing standards. Experience with journal entry preparation, accrual vs. cash basis of accounting. Experience preparing 1040, 1120, 1065 5471, 5472, FBAR and other tax forms. Experience with Ultra Tax, of Pro Systems, QuickBooks, and Practice CS preferred. Advanced Excel proficiency.
