About the Facility Location Albany is the capital city of New York State! There is plenty to do while on assignment! Take a trip to the New York State Museum or the Albany Institue of History and Art About the Clinician's Workday The position has a credentialing timeframe of 2-4 weeks and a schedule of Monday-Friday, 7 AM-3 PM. The provider will see 15-20 adult patients per day and must have Addiction Medicine or IM/FM with Addiction Medicine experience, be Suboxone certified, and hold a DEA license and NY state license. COVID and flu vaccinations are required. The onsite support team includes an RN manager, medical assistants, dispensing LPNs, and counselors.
