We are looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can provide exceptional support to our attorneys while delivering outstanding client service. Responsibilities: Drafting, filing, and reviewing legal documents related to family law cases. Managing client information, maintaining organized records, and ensuring confidentiality. Answering phones and providing prompt, professional assistance to clients and potential clients. Responding to client emails and addressing inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Assisting with client intake and follow-up, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and attentiveness. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Family Law Paralegal. Strong working knowledge of family law procedures and legal documentation. Exceptional client service skills with the ability to empathize and communicate effectively. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask efficiently. Self-starter with a proactive approach to managing caseloads and meeting deadlines.
