What You’ll Be Doing (Primary Job Function): You’ll perform service and maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems, delivering top-tier customer service and quality workmanship according to company standards. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Some overtime may be required Rotating on-call schedule What We’re Looking For: Valid driver’s license with an insurable record Must pass a background check and drug screening Note: A positive marijuana result will not disqualify candidates, in accordance with Illinois law Strong communication and customer service skills 3 years of HVAC service experience Certificate of completion from HVAC technical school EPA Universal Certification Nice-to-Haves (But Not Deal-Breakers): Military experience High school diploma or equivalent Professional demeanor and team mindset Work Location: On the road, servicing clients across Chicago and the North Shore.
