Industrial Electrical Foreman

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a skilled and bilingual Electrical Foreman with strong industrial experience to lead and manage electrical crews on-site. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in panel setup, terminations, and electrical layout, and will ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to code. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews on industrial job sites Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings Set up electrical panels and perform terminations according to specifications Plan and lay out electrical systems and conduit runs Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and team members Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials, and crew hours Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical experience Proven experience with panel setup, terminations, and layout Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Quality Labor Management (QLM) provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, transgender status or sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
