Associate — Executive Search (Energy & Infrastructure)

As an Associate , you’ll play a key role in the search process, researching markets, engaging exceptional talent, and supporting the delivery of board and C-suite mandates. What You’ll Do Research & map markets: build structured, insight-led talent maps and stay close to industry trends. Engage with candidates: lead first-round conversations, qualify motivations, and represent opportunities with confidence. Support delivery: organise interviews, capture feedback, and maintain clear communication throughout. Drive insight: keep our CRM accurate and use data to spot patterns and identify new opportunities. What We’re Looking For 2–4 years’ experience in a professional environment (Big Four, consultancy, accountancy, law, or similar). Strong analytical skills, natural curiosity, and clear communication. A desire to work in a more entrepreneurial environment , where ideas are heard and ownership comes early. Commercially minded, organised, and able to balance detail with delivery.
