Enterprise Sales Manager – Financial Technology (Saas) Hybrid – London (2–3 days in the office) £100,000 – £120,000 commission About the Company Our client is a leading fintech platform transforming how financial institutions collaborate across the trade lifecycle. Their innovative SaaS solution is trusted by hundreds of global banks, asset managers, custodians and broker-dealers to simplify communication, streamline workflows, and resolve operational issues more efficiently. They’re expanding their London-based commercial team and looking for a talented, driven sales professional to help accelerate growth across the UK and Europe. The Role This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Sales Manager to join a small, high-performing sales team at a respected and fast-growing fintech. You’ll be responsible for driving new business with Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions — managing complex, consultative sales cycles with stakeholders across operations, IT, and post-trade functions. Key Responsibilities Identify and win new business within banks, asset managers, custodians, and broker-dealers . Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation through to deal closure. Develop deep relationships with senior stakeholders in operations and technology teams. Partner closely with internal product and client success teams to tailor solutions for clients. Represent the business at industry events and client meetings. Contribute to overall go-to-market strategy and revenue growth targets. Candidate Profile ✅ Experience: 4 years of enterprise sales experience within fintech, SaaS, or post-trade solutions . ✅ Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of pre- and post-trade operations , settlements or collateral management. ✅ Client Network: Established relationships within financial institutions (banks, asset managers, custodians, or broker-dealers). ✅ Team Fit: Comfortable in a small, collaborative sales team with a hands-on mindset.
