Chief Financial Officer

Newrest is recruiting a Chief Financial Officer for one of its subsidiaries worldwide to strengthen the group's development. Reporting to the Country Manager (day-to-day) and Group CFO (matrix organization), you will take full responsibility for administration and financial aspects in the country where Newrest operates. As a Business Partner, you will play a key role in implementing the group strategy in the country. MISSIONS: Manage and train the local administrative team (accounting, cash collection, tax & legal, treasury, internal control, cost control, payroll) Ensure the production of the subsidiary's corporate accounts and payroll, guaranteeing compliance with local accounting, tax, and social obligations Set up and apply group standards and procedures within the subsidiary Lead the budget process (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow, CAPEX, etc.) Organize Boards of Directors and Shareholders' Meetings Manage relations with supervisory authorities Elaborate monthly reporting and ensure control of activities as well as operational dashboards Manage cash position closely with banking institutions and the group Maintain relationships with third parties: customers, suppliers, auditors, insurances Ensure daily communication with the company's head office and provide ad hoc analyses as needed.
