Job Description Job Description MATERIAL HANDLER Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Material Handler for a company based in Tucker, Georgia. In this role, you will have the opportunity to play a vital part in our warehouse and production operations. You will be responsible for efficiently moving, organizing, and tracking materials, supporting both incoming shipments and outbound deliveries. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on work, and is committed to safety and teamwork . Pay Rate $18 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 5 00 pm. Material Handler Duties and Responsibilities • Operate forklift and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently, following company policies and procedures. • Use RF Scanner to perform picking and packing inventory • Inspect inventory to ensure quality and safety • Load and Unload incoming inventory using a material handling equipment. • Closely follow safety regulations and guidelines at all times, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and securing loads properly. Material Handler Qualifications and Requirements • Minimum of 3 years with valid forklift operator certification or license obtained through a recognized training program. • Proficiency in operating various types of forklifts, including sit down and reach truck. • Ability to understand and follow safety protocols and operating instructions to prevent accidents and injuries. • Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy loads safely and efficiently. • Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination to maneuver equipment in tight spaces and navigate busy warehouse environments.
