Job Title: Principal Consultant – SAP S/4HANA Location: Redmond, WA Employment Type: Contract Experience Level: 10 years (with 4–6 years in SAP S/4HANA) Visa: US Citizen and Green Card Encourage to Apply We are seeking an experienced Principal Consultant (SAP S/4HANA) to lead strategic SAP implementation and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and/or technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to guide large-scale digital transformation programs from planning through execution. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration projects. Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, translate them into SAP solutions, and ensure successful delivery. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for S/4HANA capabilities, best practices, and integration approaches. Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and define business process blueprints. Provide strategic guidance on SAP roadmaps, upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives. Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP modules. Mentor junior consultants and ensure knowledge sharing across the project team. Work closely with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution. Stay up to date with the latest SAP technologies and trends to provide recommendations for process improvements. Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. 12 years of SAP experience, including at least 4–6 years of hands-on S/4HANA implementation experience. Expertise in one or more core modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, EWM, or SCM). Experience in SAP Activate methodology and end-to-end project lifecycle management. Strong understanding of integration points between SAP modules and external systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven experience working with global clients in cross-functional environments. Preferred Qualifications: SAP S/4HANA certification in relevant module(s). Experience with Cloud-based deployments (RISE with SAP). Background in pre-sales, solution architecture, or project leadership. Exposure to SAP BTP, Fiori, and analytics tools is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to drive consensus across business and IT teams. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
