Box Truck Drivers Wanted – Great Pay & Steady Hours! Location: Wilmington, MA Pay: $25–$30/hr. (depending on role and experience) We have an amazing opportunity for experienced box truck drivers to join a well-established family-owned distribution company based in Wilmington, MA. What’s in it for you? Competitive pay: $25/hr. (Route Drivers) or $30/hr. (Spare Drivers) depending on experience Monday–Friday schedule (full time, no weekends!) Early starts (2AM–3AM) and mid-day finishes (12PM–1PM) – evenings free! Overtime available (10–15 hours/week, mandatory) Work with brand new trucks and top-notch equipment that make the job easier and more productive What you’ll be doing: Safely operate non-CDL box trucks to deliver refrigerated and frozen products throughout New England Handle 17–20 stops per route (Route Driver role) As a Spare Driver, enjoy variety with changing routes each day Provide excellent customer service while making deliveries Load/unload products using a two-wheel hand truck What we’re looking for: 5 years of box truck driving experience (commercial driving background preferred) Clean driving record and valid driver’s license Ability to pass a background check and CORI Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
