Job Title: Systems Administrator Job Location: (Hybrid - Falmouth, MA | 6-Month Contract-to-Hire) Onsite Requirements: Office 365 DNS, DHCP and Active Directory VMWare or equivalent like AWS or Azure Job Description: We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Systems Administrator to join our team in Falmouth, MA. This is a hybrid role (2 days onsite) with a flexible schedule. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience supporting IT infrastructure, maintaining system reliability, and contributing to implementation and upgrade projects. This is a hands-on role focused on back-end systems administration - perfect for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and collaborate on technical design discussions. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Maintain and support infrastructure systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime. Participate in system implementation, upgrades, and maintenance activities. Assist in infrastructure planning and contribute to design and architecture discussions. Manage and support Microsoft 365 environments and related services. Support virtualization platforms such as VMware, AWS, or Azure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Required Skills: 3-8 years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure support. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration. Experience with VMware or equivalent virtualization technologies (AWS, Azure). Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to learning and collaboration. Desired Skills: Basic understanding of networking concepts and configuration. Familiarity with Linux environments. Knowledge of backup solutions and disaster recovery processes. Additional Details: Location: Falmouth, MA (Hybrid - 2 days onsite). Type: 6-month Contract-to-Hire position.
