Travel Physical Therapist (PT) in Lake Street, WI

Job Title: Physical Therapist Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Lake Street, WI (onsite) Contract Duration: 13 weeks Working hours: 7:00AM - 3:30PM Total hours: 40 - Contract Length: 13 weeks - Start Date: ASAP - Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40 - Shift Requirements: 8hr Shifts (Depending on person, could be 7-3:30 or 8-4:30) - Float Requirements: Some float to Inpatient MS unit, as needed - On Call/Call Back Requirements: None - Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Possible but unlikely - Required Certifications: WI PT License, AHA BLS - Required Education: Graduate from a PT program - Minimum Experience: 2 years preferred, flexible - Unit Overview: 50% SB/IP/OPO in our hospital; 50% outpatient elderly/chronic pain population - Unit Information: Total joints, low back/neck pain, chronic pain - Charting Experience: Epic preferred - Scrub Colors: None Dress casual generally - Desired Specific Skillset for an ideal candidate: Experience in hospital and outpatient and more interest in IP/SB population GSA is not guaranteed orientation week. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed. Billing: Monday - Sunday candidate must start medical portion of compliance within 48 hours of accepted offer, or 24 hours for a quick start
