Travel MRI Tech - $2,416 per week in Houston, TX

Job Title: MRI Technologist Profession: Allied Health Specialty: MRI Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8 Hour Days Hours per Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday; call and holidays are required Experience: Minimum 2 years License: AMRITTX license accepted; not required Certifications: BLS, Certified MRI Technologist via ARMRIT Must-Have: Familiarity with Philips 1.5 & 3T MRI systems. Experience with Siemens 1.5 MRI systems is a plus. Description: We are seeking an MRI Technologist with experience in MRI technology. The position requires familiarity with Philips 1.5 and 3T MRI systems. Experience with Siemens 1.5 is preferred as it will be introduced in June 2025. The call schedule consists of a week-long call from Monday to Monday. From Monday to Friday, on-call hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM. On Saturday and Sunday, on-call hours are from 7 AM to 7 AM for the following day. If there is a call-in during the scheduled shift of 7 AM to 7 PM on weekends, the on-call technologist is required to cover the shift. Currently, the call rotation occurs once a month but may change based on staffing needs. Callbacks are rare, averaging about 2-4 times per month. The charting system used is Epic Systems Corporation - EpicCare Inpatient.
