Job Description

Programme Design & Development: · Design and deliver cutting-edge leadership development and business skill programmes tailored to meet organisational needs. · Conduct market analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for new programmes. · Maintain a strong understanding of competitors and industry standards to ensure competitive offerings. Sales Leadership: · Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve annual revenue targets. · Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive enrolments and partnerships. · Build strong relationships with corporate clients and other stakeholders to enhance programme uptake. Market & Competitor Analysis: · Regularly conduct market research to identify emerging needs and opportunities within the education sector. · Analyse competitor offerings to ensure programmes are distinctive and value-driven. Operational Management: · Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure seamless delivery of programmes. · Monitor programme performance and continuously refine offerings to enhance quality and relevance. Stakeholder Engagement: · Act as a brand ambassador at industry forums, events, and partnerships. · Engage with key stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into programme and sales strategies. Key Skills & Competencies: Programme Design Expertise: Ability to conceptualize and develop programmes that align with market needs and organisational goals. Sales Leadership: Proven ability to lead sales teams, develop strategies, and achieve ambitious targets. Market Acumen: Strong analytical skills to identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages. Business Acumen : Excellent understanding of financial principles and business development strategies. Communication & Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively. Minimum Requirements: Experience: At least 10 years of experience in a sales role within the higher education sector, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Education: A relevant bachelors degree is required; a masters degree in business, education, or a related field is preferred. Expertise: Demonstrated capability in leadership development and business skills training. Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the higher education landscape, including competitor analysis and market trends.
