Job Description Assess customer’s AML/CFT risk and recommend action to mitigate the risk. Ensure timely follow‑up with front liners/touchpoints on updated KYC information of customers for every AML review. Guide and review the team members’ KYC reviews to ensure quality of review. Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of reviews. Assess transaction reports for potential money laundering risks and make recommendation on account relationship. Assess materiality of adverse news. Requirements Degree holder in any discipline, preferably Business. Minimum 5 years in AML/KYC subject area with a bank. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Good interpersonal skills; multi‑party engagement is required on the job. Self‑starter and team player. UOB is an equal‑opportunity employer.
