Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner

Job Details: Hospital employed Inpatient setting Schedule: 7 on/ 7 off, 7am 12:30pm No call Meditech EMR Minimum Requirements: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program with an advanced degree (master s or doctorate) degree from an accredited nursing program or has completed an accredited Physician Assistant degree program. Must hold an unrestricted license to practice in the State of Indiana. Two (2) years acute care clinical experience preferred. Must be nationally certified in Advance Practice Specialty with recent clinically related experience in specialty. Be able to obtain prescriptive privileges required and the ability to maintain current privileges (to be allowed prescriptive authority) and exercise a well written collaborative practice agreement with a designated physician submitted to the State of Indiana Nursing board before prescriptive authority responsibilities will be performed.
