Nephrology Nurse Practitioner

Great opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in an outpatient Kidney Transplant clinic just north of Boston, MA right off of I-95. Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Must have atleast 1 yrs exp in kidney transplant or nephrology Outpatient Kidney Transplant clinic Schedule is Mon-Fri 8a-5p, no weekends, no call Will provide various pre and post-op medical care - formulation and implementation of a diagnosis and treatment plan, ordering and interpretation of laboratory tests, imaging studies, consults in the nephrology and transplant populations, prescribing and/or dispensing medication, educational counseling for patients and families Will provide inpatient coverage as needed - provide backup when inpatient APP is away Work with multidisciplinary team of transplant nephrologists, surgeons, hepatologists, nurses, registered dieticians, social workers Competitive salary with discretionary bonuses, sign on, retention bonuses, and relocation Please refer to Job ID.
