We are seeking a Board-Certified PMHNP to join our collaborative team serving post-acute care facilities in Collier County, including memory care units, assisted living facilities (ALFs), and skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a setting where building relationships with staff, residents, and families is just as important as clinical expertise. Position Highlights Flexible Monday Friday schedule you design your day!
