Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeks Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for November 12 & 13 at their Corporate Health clinic in Wapakoneta, OH. Provider will see ages 2 for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and Occupational Medicine issues. Provider will dispense medication to patients as needed; clinic staff includes 1 provider and 2 Medical Assistants. Hours are Wednesday 7:00am-4:00pm & Thursday 8:00am-6:00pm, both with a 30-minute lunch break from 12:00pm-12:30pm. Provider must be Board Certified and DOT Certified and have 2 years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty, as well as active DEA Certificate to qualify for this assignment.
