This community serves residents who both live independently, with some needing assistance and memory care. Experienced APNs who can work independently as a solo practitioner, preferred Full Practice Authority License, preferred Average number of patient visits per day 10-12 Clinic Schedule: Monday Friday (Days) Provide support of EMR in basket Occurrence based malpractice insurance coverage Competitive compensation, PTO and CME Annual Salary: $118K - $125K REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Training Master s degree in Nursing, required Full Practice Authority License, preferred Current Illinois Nurse Practitioner license in good standing UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Bolingbrook, GlenOaks, Hinsdale and La Grange hospitals are affiliated with UChicago Medicine, one of the top academic medical centers in the country.
