Journeyman HVAC Technician

Mini Split Services Inc. , a locally owned and growing HVAC company serving Worcester County, is seeking a Journeyman HVAC Technician to join our team. We specialize in the installation, service, and maintenance of Mini Split systems for both residential and light commercial clients. If you have experience with ductless systems and take pride in delivering quality workmanship, we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities: Install, service, and maintain Mini Split (ductless) systems and related HVAC equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues to ensure efficient operation. Perform preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Communicate effectively with customers to explain work performed and provide excellent service. Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time on site. Assist with training apprentices and supporting team members as needed. Qualifications: Valid Massachusetts Journeyman HVAC License (required). Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HVAC installation, service, or maintenance. Strong knowledge of Mini Split systems (Mitsubishi, Daikin, LG, or similar). EPA Universal Certification (preferred). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team. What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience.
