Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Medical Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 12/01/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Title: Medical Technologist Duration:13 weeks Location: Johns Island, SC 29455 Shift: Nights, 3x12s (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) (possible to rotate 7am -7:30 pm) Job Requirements Experience: Minimum 1 year of laboratory experience required; 3 years preferred. Generalist experience in a hospital laboratory is required. Education: Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field. Certification: Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) by ASCP BOC or equivalent required. Systems: Proficiency with Epic charting system required. Licensure: Must hold valid state licensure.
