Trainee Sales Estimator

Trainee Sales Estimator Fareham, PO15 Salary 26k bonus after training period Full time, Permanent Croma Fire and Security is looking for a Trainee Sales Estimator to join our team. This is an entry level position, so previous experience in the fire and security industry is not required but an interest or qualification in engineering would be advantageous. We will provide full training. What matters most is a positive attitude, good computer skills, and confidence when speaking to people on the telephone. This role would suit someone who is looking to start a long-term career and grow and develop with a forward thinking organisation. If you are keen to learn, able to use a computer comfortably, and happy to speak with customers, this could be an excellent opportunity for you. About the Role All enquiries are warm and inbound – no cold calling Speaking with customers who have already contacted us about our services Learning how to specify fire and security systems to suit customer requirements Using our software to prepare quotations and pricing Working closely with experienced colleagues who will support your training Gaining knowledge of industry standards, products and system types over time Who we require Friendly and confident communicator, especially on the telephone Comfortable using computers and able to learn new systems and software Willing to learn and take on new information An inquisitive and analytical mindset Possess a good attitude and show willingness to be involved Good attention to detail and a sensible, organised approach to work Reliable, polite and keen to build a professional career This role may suit a school or college leaver, someone looking to change career, or anyone who wants to enter a growing specialist industry with full training provided.
