QC Inspector

Our client is currently recruiting a QC Inspector to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis in Insch. Hours - Monday - Friday, 39 hours per week. Overtime available The QC Inspector (Manufacturing) plays a critical role in ensuring that products meet established quality standards & specifications. You’ll be part of a tight-knit quality team that values mentorship, shared knowledge, and operational excellence Overview of role Conducting pre-weld visual inspections, fit-ups, and post-weld assessments Verifying compliance with engineering drawings and welding procedures Identifying and documenting repairs and rework needs Assisting with the coordination and tracking of NDT activities Ensuring accurate and timely documentation and record-keeping of inspection results Requirements: Proven ability to interpret complex engineering drawings CSWIP 3.0 qualification desired Strong knowledge of various welding processes and techniques Familiarity with structural materials and workshop standards
