About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on E-commerce Manager with strong Shopify experience to oversee and grow our online store Geepas.co.uk . You’ll manage everything from website performance and merchandising to digital marketing coordination and customer experience, ensuring the Shopify site runs smoothly, drives sales, and reflects our brand at every touchpoint. This is a key opportunity to shape our digital strategy and work closely with design, development, marketing, and operations teams. Key Responsibilities ️ Website Management & Merchandising Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify website Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and collections Oversee homepage, landing pages, and promotions Ensure seamless UX across desktop and mobile Coordinate theme or feature updates with developers/designers Performance & Optimisation Monitor site performance and conversion metrics (CRO, AOV, bounce rate) Run A/B tests and optimise for speed, usability, and conversion Analyse data via Shopify, GA4, and Meta Ads Manager Identify opportunities to improve the checkout and customer journey Operations & Fulfilment Liaise with warehouse/3PL partners for smooth order fulfilment Maintain stock accuracy and platform synchronisation Manage returns, refunds, and order issues Marketing & Growth Collaborate with marketing on paid, email, and social campaigns Plan and execute product launches, sales, and seasonal campaigns Manage integrations (email, loyalty, reviews) Drive customer acquisition and retention through performance insights Customer Experience Oversee customer service workflows and tone of communication Ensure fast resolution of issues and maintain high review ratings Feed customer insights into UX and product improvements Requirements ✅ 2–4 years managing a Shopify (or Shopify Plus) store ✅ Proven success in online sales performance and CRO ✅ Strong understanding of Shopify admin, apps, and Liquid themes ✅ Experience with GA4, Meta Ads, and Klaviyo (or similar CRM) ✅ Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices ✅ Excellent communication and project management skills ✅ Comfortable collaborating across marketing, design, and ops Nice to Have: ✨ Shopify Plus or multi-currency experience ✨ Basic HTML/CSS for minor theme edits ✨ Background in a D2C or consumer brand What We Offer Competitive salary performance bonus Flexible working hours Opportunity to shape e-commerce strategy for a growing UK brand Supportive, creative team culture Discounts on products and partner perks
