Resolve guest and staff challenges swiftly and diplomatically. Ensure presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards are met at all times. Strengthen interdepartmental communication and morale. What You Bring 24 years experience in a supervisory or duty management role. Confident leadership and an intuitive sense of guest care. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Professional presence and ability to lead under pressure.
