Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Communications team. This role provides essential support in executing digital initiatives across our hotel brands, ensuring our campaigns and systems run smoothly and efficiently. What You’ll Do Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accuracy and proper segmentation. Support automated customer journeys, tagging logic, and contact-rule workflows. Work with hotel teams and vendors to execute platform optimisations. Assist with campaign setup, QA checks, scheduling, and audience uploads. Generate weekly and monthly performance reports and insights. Pull and clean data from multiple sources (CRM, Google Analytics, etc.) to support data-driven decisions. Support billing, invoicing, and administrative tasks for the team. What We’re Looking For Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field. 1–3 years’ experience in digital marketing or a similar role. Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM or email-marketing platforms is an advantage. Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Positive attitude and strong attention to numbers and details are key. Preference will be given to candidates who are immediately available.
