Autodesk/ Architecture Designer

We are seeking a Mid-Level Architectural Drafter with strong Revit and BIM experience to join the NCG Design team. The ideal candidate will prepare complete architectural and construction document sets, support the design team in project development, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, precise technical documentation. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a collaborative, design-driven environment and can translate creative concepts into detailed, buildable plans. Key Responsibilities Develop architectural and construction drawing sets using Autodesk Revit. Apply BIM modeling workflows to coordinate drawings, details, and project data. Produce 3D models and renderings for design visualization (Enscape, Twinmotion, or similar). Support conceptual design development and material selection processes. Conduct zoning/code research, feasibility studies, and design documentation. Maintain precision, organization, and consistency across all project deliverables. Collaborate daily with the U.S.-based design team using virtual office systems and digital tools. Qualifications: 5 years of experience in architectural drafting or design documentation. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) (required). Mid-level proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software (Enscape, Twinmotion, or Lumion). Experience preparing conceptual studies and architectural permit sets. Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, building systems, and construction standards. Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and time management skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects within set deadlines. Excellent English communication and team collaboration abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
