Overview of the position: TEMPORARY ROLE (3 MONTHS); Temporary position to provide administrative support focused on invoice and payment management within the Marketing area. The main objective is to ensure continuity and efficiency of financial processes, especially due to the increased workload during the year-end period. Typical tasks: Receive, deliver, and file invoices. Process payments and transfers to external suppliers. Accept and cancel invoices, credit memos, and payment complements. Develop and improve platforms to automate invoice management. Collaborate with marketing, finance teams, and external agencies. Resolve daily administrative and operational issues. Use advanced Excel skills and intermediate SAP knowledge for financial control. Communicate effectively and negotiate to ensure timely and accurate payments. Provide additional support during year-end and cover temporary absences, ensuring operational continuity. Qualifications: Advanced proficiency in Excel. Intermediate experience with SAP. Strong organizational and planning skills. Effective communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, finance, and external agencies. Attention to detail.
