Company Description Citratus is a leading fragrance manufacturing and distribution company in Latin America with 20 years experience and 3,000 formulations. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Ejecutivo de Ventas based in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area, with the flexibility to perform some work from home. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, achieving sales targets, and preparing sales reports. Additional responsibilities include understanding client needs, providing product or service demonstrations when necessary, and collaborating closely with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to drive results and exceed targets. Strong customer relationship management abilities, such as active listening, understanding client requirements, and building trust. Excellent communication and presentation capabilities, in both verbal and written formats. Knowledge of CRM tools, report preparation, and pipeline management for tracking and reporting sales metrics. Self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment. Previous experience in sales, preferably in the the Fragrances industry is an advantage
