We’re Hiring: Insurance Appointment Setter Schedule Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm / 10:00 am – 7:00 pm EST 7:00 am – 4:00 pm / 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CDMX Salary & Benefits Direct/Contractor (MXN): $18,000 - $22,000 monthly Benefits About the Role We’re expanding our outreach team and looking for a motivated Insurance Appointment Setter to connect with business owners, generate leads, and fuel our national growth. This isn’t your typical customer service job — it’s about engaging decision-makers, spotting opportunities, and helping drive revenue in a high-energy, performance-driven environment. Main Responsibilities • Handle 100–200 outbound calls daily to prospective clients. • Qualify leads, build rapport, and schedule high-quality appointments. • Track all outreach and follow-ups in HubSpot or similar CRM. • Use JustCall or related web-based calling platforms for outreach. • Collaborate with internal teams and provide regular feedback on lead quality. What We’re Looking For • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (SDR, appointment setter, or cold caller). • Prior exposure to insurance, finance, or accounting industries is a strong plus. • Proven experience in cold calling — essential. • Familiarity with HubSpot, JustCall , or other CRM/calling tools. • Excellent spoken English and a professional, engaging communication style. • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
