Account Executive – Car Schemes

Role We’re looking for a proactive and customer focused Account Executive to join our Car Schemes team at JCT600 Vehicle Leasing Solutions. Managing a portfolio of customers and driving engagement, growth, and exceptional service. Your day-to-day will include: Managing a portfolio of customers, acting as the main point of contact and building trusted relationships with employers and employees. Proactively grow scheme participation by analysing engagement, identifying opportunities, and delivering actionable insights. Supporting customers with scheme promotion and employee engagement, providing tools, campaigns, and advice to boost visibility and uptake. Handling quoting, ordering, payroll, and reconciliation processes to ensure a smooth, accurate experience for all stakeholders. Responding to customer and driver queries, resolving issues promptly and effectively in collaboration with colleagues and partners. Contributing to business development by managing sales opportunities with employees directly, guiding them through the process of choosing and ordering their vehicle. What We’re Looking For Experience in managing corporate or SME accounts, with strong commercial awareness. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, trusted relationships. Highly organised with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Analytical mindset with the confidence to present insights and recommendations. A proactive, professional team player who thrives on delivering results and exceptional customer service.
