CMA is delighted to be partnering with a leading professional services firm to recruit a Corporate Tax Senior Associate / Assistant Manager to join their growing Tax team. You’ll collaborate with senior management and partners to deliver high-quality tax advisory and compliance services while supporting the ongoing development of the Corporate Tax team. What will the Corporate Tax Senior Associate / Assistant Manager role involve? Managing a varied portfolio of corporate tax clients, providing compliance and advisory services Delivering technically strong and commercially focused tax advice to business owners, finance teams and senior stakeholders Supporting partners and directors in delivering complex tax projects including restructuring, M&A and group planning Managing project timelines, budgets and workflow to ensure efficient delivery of work Supervising and developing junior staff, providing guidance and coaching Identifying opportunities to enhance client relationships and provide additional advisory support Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation and applying it to client circumstances Suitable Candidate for the Corporate Tax Senior Associate / Assistant Manager vacancy: CTA and/or ACA qualified (or equivalent) with strong post-qualification experience in corporate tax.
