About the role: As a Primary Cover Supervisor, you will: Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring pupils remain on task with set work. Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials across various subjects in line with the school's curriculum. Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining a calm and positive learning environment. Support pupils' learning and engagement, fostering independence and confidence. Work flexibly across different year groups when required. About you: Experience working in UK primary schools, ideally as a Teaching Assistant, HLTA, or Cover Supervisor. Strong classroom management skills and a calm, professional approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A flexible attitude and the ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments. Right to work in the UK.
