This is a long-term supply role starting immediately, with the potential to continue until the end of the academic year. Role & Responsibilities As a Business Studies Lecturer, you will: Deliver BTEC Business courses (Pearson exam board) to Sixth Form students. Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality teaching sessions in line with curriculum requirements. Assess and provide constructive feedback on student work, supporting progression and achievement. Promote a positive learning environment that aligns with the college's ethos and values. Support student engagement and employability skills through practical business applications. Candidate Requirements We are looking for candidates who have: Proven experience teaching BTEC Business (Pearson) or equivalent qualifications. Strong knowledge of business principles, including marketing, finance, and enterprise. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
