ER Manager York based - Hybrid working Interim for 12 months Full time Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a brilliant business as they look to recruit an interim ER Manager, to cover maternity. As the ER manager, you will be responsible for Employee Relations for multiple sites across the UK, as well as managing a small team. Key responsibilities include but not limited to: Provide national ER support across the business sites. Coaching and supporting line managers and key stakeholders. Stakeholder engagement. Casework management - managing cases from start to finish. Delivering of training - upskilling management team. We are looking for: Proven experience with end to end and complex Employee Relations casework. Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels. Excellent employment law knowledge. Ideally CIPD qualified. The ability to start with a quick turnaround. Interested? Get in touch!
